 APPOINTMENT POLICY

To secure your appointments at Gemini Glamour Studios, a credit card will be REQUIRED to put on file with a charge of 30% of your service to hold your spot on the schedule. Upon completion of your services, you can choose to pay with cash, a different card or the credit card on file. 

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged the FULL service amount. 

No shows will be charged the FULL service amount and an additional deposit will be required to reschedule. 

We accept cash and all major credit cards. There will be a 5% convenience charge and taxes added to all credit/debit card transactions.

Unfortunately, we do not accept checks, venmo or cash app at this time.


This policy protects Gemini Glamour Studios's employees for their time booked for you! :)


Gemini Glamour Studios'

 BRIDAL CONTRACT POLICY


BOOKINGS: 

To secure a date for scheduled hair/makeup times, a signed contract is required with a $150+ deposit 

& travel fee that is due at the time of signing a contract paid via cash, venmo or debit/credit card & also using a 

card to stay on file for Gemini Glamour Studios’ cancelation policy. The deposit is non‐refundable.

We do not accept last minute services on the day of the event. Please make sure every person that 

needs service is listed on the contract. We need a certain amount of time per person to give quality service.


SERVICE LOCATION AND CLIENT REQUIREMENTS:

Please provide a good/clean amount of space for all services.

Please have a clean washed face, moisturize the night before, do not use retinol products 2 weeks before and drink lots of water

 to hydrate your skin. If hair services are required, please have your hair washed and dried (extra services fee required). 

Ensure location temperature is cool and not hot so that makeup and hair will set properly. Preferably 68-69.


TRAVEL FEE:

 Flat fee per makeup/hair artist ranging from $100+. One-time fee.


PARKING FEE: 

Any pay to park, valet or toll fees must be paid by client, if applicable.


DEPOSIT FEE:

 $100+ - NON-REFUNDABLE


LIABILITY: 

All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary. All products are sanitized between every makeup application. 

Any skin conditions or sensitivities of the client(s) should be reported by the makeup artist prior to application, 

and if needed a sample test of makeup may be performed on skin.


PAYMENT: 

At Gemini Glamour Studios we ask all Bridal parties to pay the 2 weeks or week before the event. 

Cash, Venmo, or credit/debit cards are acceptable. All debit/credit card transactions have a 5% fee and tax added to the total. 

Tips are greatly appreciated for our bridal team :)


CANCELLATION POLICY: 

Cancellation must be made 120 days prior to your reserved date or you will be responsible for the 

full number of services agreed upon in the contract.


WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE: 

If our makeup artist(s) or hairstylist(s) feel uncomfortable, threatened, or verbally abused in any way,

 she will have the right to leave the premises without completing services, all fees are due with or without services completed.
